4.Manufacturing Starts

For in-stock sex dolls, no production process is involved as all the dolls are readily available in EU warehouses and US warehouse. These dolls will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days.

Typically, crafting a doll takes about 3-5 weeks. However, the production duration can vary depending on the brand and material chosen, potentially taking less or more time. In certain situations, we can expedite the production process to meet your specific requirements. Please be aware that during holidays, such as the New Year Holiday, Christmas Day, National Day, and the Chinese Spring Festival, production times may experience delays.

5.Love Doll is Ready

We will email you factory photos of the doll for your review. Please carefully examine all the details and ensure their accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, kindly inform us, and we will make the necessary adjustments before the doll is packed or dispatched. In the event that you encounter difficulties receiving emails from us, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via Live Chat for assistance.

Please note that we do not provide factory shipment photos for our in-stock sex dolls. These dolls are already securely packaged and stored in our warehouse. Retrieving them for photography purposes can be a complex process and risks damaging the doll’s packaging. If you desire to see actual photos of the doll, you can request factory shipment photos for the dolls after placing an order.

6.Shipping

Our standard shipping carriers for doll deliveries are typically FedEx or UPS. You can expect to receive the tracking number within 1-2 days of your order. If you require a delayed delivery or prefer to pick up your order at the FedEx or UPS Center, kindly inform us before the shipment date. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements for the delivery schedule or address change.

7.Delivery & Checking

Please closely monitor the provided tracking number and await the delivery of your order to your residence.

In the event that the outer packaging of the parcel appears to be damaged, we kindly request that you capture video or photos of the shipping label and the damaged outer box before proceeding with the unpacking process. To safeguard your interests in the instance of transit-related damage, it is essential to record a video when unboxing your doll.
