We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping. But due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa,Turkey.
Shipping to remote areas needs to pay an extra shipping fee of about USD200 to USD300.
FAST, TRACKED & DISCREET DELIVERY
For improved delivery, addresses ordering from a country or region that has a Sexdollsoff warehouse will be supplied directly by that warehouse. This allows for better delivery times! the delivery time for dolls in-stock are generally 3-7 working days.
Custom Doll: If the order is a custom doll, the order will be shipped from a China factory, and it needs 15-20 working days to deliver.
DISCREET PACKAGING
Your package will always be 100% private and discreet. The doll will be packed in a plain carton box that will look like any other ordinary package you would receive. There is absolutely no way of telling what's in your package or the type of business we are in.
FULLY TRACKED DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR
Your package will be shipped by FedEx, or UPS.
When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and link to the express's website so you can monitor when your order will arrive.
NOTE FOR PICK UP
If you don't want the products come to your house,you want to pick up it in the express company location. you need to know package available for pickup at local courier.you can leave the express location address when you order, we will leave a note on the order: wait for pick up by customer. Only need to put the right address, Fedex/Ups Location.
DO WE DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
No. We can't deliver to a PO Box address. You must enter a physical address during checkout.
CHECK & ACCEPT YOUR PACKAGE
You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package.
It is recommended that you open each unit and examine, even if the cartons look fine from outside. Take some pictures or videos. This should be done in front of the delivery person because once the person leaves, it is too late.
If you find any damage later, it becomes your sole responsibility to file a claim. In such a case, you must immediately get in touch with the trucking terminal for further instructions or call customer care of the company for assistance.
If the driver doesn’t let you open the package for inspection, then you must carefully inspect the carton and note any damage, no matter how tiny.
