When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system. We allow a 12 hour grace period in case you have any last minute changes. After confirmation of your order details, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.

We will start to manufacture the doll as soon as possible, typically in the next day. The doll goes through the manufacturing process in 3-8 days depending on the current queue and is then ready to be shipped.

Once your doll has been made, you will receive a ‘Factory Photos’ e-mail from us, containing photos of the doll you ordered. You need to review these photos to make sure the customizations selected were correctly captured, please confirm that everything looks correct or let us know in case that some adjustments are needed. Perhaps your doll will need a few small tweaks, a different wig, some different eyes, no problem at all.

Please Note: The factory photos of your doll are taken by our factory workers with their cellphone camera. Please keep in mind that the product photos on our website are taken by professional photographers. All of the clothes shown are props used during the photoshoot and are not included, or available for purchase.

Why the doll’s makeup different in different factory photos?

Even the same person was likely to have different makeup in the photos you see. This is because we will irregularly improve or fine-tune doll’s makeup. Adjustments include but not limited to eye shadow, lip color, eyebrow, eyelash, and hair. Therefore the makeup will have a little difference in different pictures. It can’t be exactly the same because every doll’s makeup is done by hand. The lighting, technique and angle of shooting may cause visual errors. We promise the doll your buy are 100% Identical as Pictures. Most customers are very happy when they see the doll in person! With a little love and care, you can make the doll look just as sexy as the photographer did!

Then we will ship your doll from our manufacturer to your shipping address with DHL, FedEx or UPS. Your love dolls should reach your destination in 2-3 weeks with the fastest possible manufacturing and shipping methods all over the world. That is what we can do.
